We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are both ethical and quality assured. We know you're going to love My Curves products,
If for any reason, there is a fault in the print/sewing you can return an item so long as it meets our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
All prints on PJ sets are a different tone of color, the print over time will fade away
Returns and Exchanges Policy
You can return any item (except Final Sale items, & Underwear)
within 30 days of delivery, so long as the item has:
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
• Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 2-3 working days to show in your account.
• Any postage charges are excluded from refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All returns are inspected by our MC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy. We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing:
• Makeup
• Perfume
• Beauty products that can leave marks or scents
As this could cause the item to be non-returnable.
Due to hygiene restrictions underwear, and hosiery (stockings & tights) are ineligible for return.
Items purchased from our Online Clearance Outlet cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
If an Underwear is received faulty (subject to Australian Consumer Law), please reach out to us
Items marked as Final Sale (subject to Australian Consumer Law) cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.
If a Final Sale item, or opened Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.
